⭐ Inspector ⭐

Avalon Construction is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inspector to perform exterior property inspections for storm, hail, and wind-related damage. This role plays a key part in identifying damage, documenting findings, and supporting our restoration and insurance processes.

You will work in the field conducting inspections, taking photos, and accurately recording information to support estimates and project planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform exterior inspections on residential properties impacted by storm or hail damage.

• Identify and document damage to roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior components.

• Take clear photos and measurements of inspected properties.

• Communicate inspection results with project managers and estimating teams.

• Follow safety procedures while working on ladders, roofs, and job sites.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Able to climb ladders and perform exterior inspections safely.

• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for photos and data entry.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional when interacting with homeowners.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Experience in inspections, construction, roofing, or restoration is an asset.

• Knowledge of insurance restoration processes is an asset.
