⭐ Client care advisor (Field) ⭐

Avalon Construction is seeking motivated and personable Appointment Setters to connect with homeowners in areas impacted by hail or storm damage. You'll be the first point of contact, educating homeowners about our processes and helping schedule appointments for our Senior Client Care Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners door-to-door in recently affected storm or hail-damage neighborhoods.

• Clearly explain our consultation and restoration services

• Schedule qualified appointments for our Client Care Specialists.

• Distribute flyers throughout neighborhoods.

• Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using our door knocking app.

• Take photos of residents' homes.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access.

• Excellent communication and people skills — friendly, confident, and professional.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and driven to meet goals.

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.

• Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods.

• Availability for evenings and weekends based on weather and demand.

• Previous door-to-door or sales experience. (Not Required)

• Basic knowledge of roofing, siding, or insurance restoration is an asset. (Not Required)
