Avalon Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our construction and restoration projects from start to finish. This role is critical in keeping projects on schedule, maintaining clear communication between teams, and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with Project Managers, trades, inspectors, and office staff to coordinate schedules, track progress, and manage project documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and daily activities across multiple jobs.

Communicate with homeowners, trades, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.

Track project status, tasks, and follow-ups to keep work progressing on schedule.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

Assist with scheduling inspections, trades, and material deliveries.

Update project information in internal systems and tools.
