Avalon Construction is seeking experienced, results-oriented sales professionals to support lead generation efforts through door-to-door outreach in storm- and hail-affected communities. Responsibilities include homeowner prospecting, conducting in-home consultations, guiding clients through the insurance restoration process, coordinating with insurance adjusters, maintaining accurate records, and managing ongoing homeowner communication through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners door-to-door in recently affected storm or hail-damage neighborhoods.

• Conduct meetings with homeowners and complete objectives.

• Clearly explain our consultation and restoration services.

• Accurately record homeowner information during meetings.

• Follow procedures & handle files through our CRM.

• Contact homeowners and adjusters on a consistent basis.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access.

• Reliable access to a motor vehicle.

• Excellent communication and people skills — friendly, confident, and professional.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and driven to meet goals.

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.

• Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods.

• Availability for evenings and weekends based on weather and demand.

• Previous sales experience.

• Basic knowledge of roofing, siding, and insurance restoration.
