Avalon Construction is seeking skilled and reliable Tradespeople to support our residential construction and insurance restoration projects. This role is hands-on and focused on completing high-quality work in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

You will work on active job sites alongside project managers, inspectors, and other trades to deliver projects on time and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on trade work based on assigned scope and trade specialization.

• Complete projects according to specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

• Communicate with project managers regarding job progress, issues, and completion.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites.

• Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly.

• Follow company processes and job instructions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in one or more construction trades.

• Strong workmanship and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional on job sites.

• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Experience in residential construction or insurance restoration is an asset.
